After a nine-year hiatus, the YMCA of the Philippines proudly marked the return of the National Academic Olympics on March 22-23, 2025, at YMCA Manila. The event brought together talented students from across the nation to compete in various academic disciplines.
The 2025 National Academic Olympics featured a diverse range of competitions, including Essay Writing, Quiz Bee, Bible Quiz Bee, Oratorical Speech, Extemporaneous Speaking, On-the-Spot Drawing, and Vocal Solo Competition. Participants from different local YMCAs displayed exceptional talent and dedication, fostering camaraderie and excellence in a friendly yet competitive environment.
The revival of the National Academic Olympics underscores the YMCA’s commitment to fostering academic excellence and holistic development among the youth.
