45th Rizal Youth Leadership Training Institute (RYLTI)
A significant milestone in YMCA history was reached with the successful execution of the 2025 Rizal Youth Leadership Training Institute (RYLTI), which took place from June 30 to July 14, 2025, and was organized by the YMCA of Manila. In its 45th year now, RYLTI has consistently developed young leaders who are making significant contributions in diverse areas. From its beginning, RYLTI has been an essential part of the YMCA's response to the changing global environment, remaining dedicated to its goal of nurturing young leaders devoted to serving the YMCA, their country, and the world. Motivated by the principles of Dr. Jose Rizal, the training seeks to nurture leadership qualities and abilities that embody the hero's lasting impact. It equips young people with the resources required to take meaningful steps toward an improved future.

YMCA National Eco-Heroes Training
After three enriching days of learning, collaboration, and action, the National Eco-Heroes Training has successfully concluded at the YMCA of Albay, a gathering that ignited passion and purpose in the hearts of young environmental advocates.

YMCA & YWCA National Youth Summit
The YMCA (Young Men’s Christian Association) and YWCA (Young Women’s Christian Association) have a long history of collaboration, rooted in their shared commitment to youth development, social justice, and community service. Both organizations originated in the 19th century as Christian movements dedicated to supporting young people, fostering leadership, and advocating for social change.



The 53rd National Council Meeting & 113th Anniversary Celebration
The 53rd National Council Meeting & 113th Anniversary Celebration gathered 122 delegates from 20 local YMCAs nationwide, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to education, collaboration, and community development.







A Transformative Journey : The 7th National Youth Assembly
The 7th National Youth Assembly unfolded as a dynamic convergence of purpose, vision, and collaboration, commencing with an inspiring Worship Service led by Ms. Ivory Manio, Director for College Work at the YMCA of Manila. This reflective opening set the tone for a deeply engaging program designed to empower young leaders.
YMCA CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Preparing Young Professionals through the YMCA Career Development Program 2024
Over the last 19 days, the YMCA of the Philippines has played a key role in embarking on a transformative journey to empower the YMCA staff through a comprehensive Career Development Program. The program was designed to enhance skills and foster professional growth and personal development among participants. It is a training curriculum designed to equip young professionals who want to pursue a career in the YMCA.
